Pacific Primary Parents, fill out this form for each item donated. Drop off physical items with a copy of your Email Confirmation securely attached to the item to the auction drop-off area in the OSS Sunroom by January 10. If you must deliver after this date, be certain to provide an estimated delivery date in the Special Arrangements field below. All auction donations are tax deductible. Your Email Confirmation acts as your tax receipt.
